What kind of data do I need to provide?
A simple export from your POS system or a spreadsheet of recent sales is enough to start with. We can work with whatever format you currently use — we won't ask you to change your system before we begin.
How long does the Menu Insight Trial take?
Typically three to five working days from receiving your data sample. The written summary and a short discussion session are scheduled after the review is complete. Most outlets finish the full trial within two weeks.
Do my staff need any technical knowledge to use the dashboard?
No. The Stock & Menu Setup includes a training session designed for operations staff, not IT teams. We build the panels with everyday reading in mind — straightforward labels, clear figures, and a refresh process that takes minutes.
Is the Multi-Outlet Programme only for large chains?
Not at all. We work with small groups of two or three outlets just as often as larger operations. If you manage more than one location and want a consistent view across them, this programme is designed for that need.
Are the prices shown inclusive of consultation sessions?
Yes. Each package price covers the full scope described — data review, dashboard build where applicable, training session, and written outputs. There are no hidden charges. If your situation calls for something outside the standard scope, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding.
How is my data handled?
Your sales data is used only for the analysis agreed in your engagement. We do not share or retain it beyond the project period. Our full privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
